How do I let you know what I need changed?
Send your updates via email to rob@dubbahdesign.com.
What file types do you accept?
I accept txt, doc, pdf, xls, files. If you have multiple images, please put them in a folder and zip them before attaching. I can accept jpg, bmp, png, tif.
How long before I see the changes?
I try to make updates as soon as possible after receiving the information. When you check your site, be sure to refresh the page. If you do not see your changes within 72 hours, please contact me.
Do I have to sign a maintenance agreement to get help?
To protect both of us, I prefer that we have an agreement. This can be done via email, fax or postal mail. Generally, it will state whether you are a monthly fee client or an hourly and can stipulate other special requirements or fees.
Hosting and Domain
Do you offer hosting and domain registration?
Not directly, no. I can offer assistance in finding you an appropriate, reliable host and acquiring domain registration.
Do you charge for setting me up with a hosting service?
Any coordination with service providers is counted as time on the job.
What if I need a security certificate?
Most hosting services provide a shared security certificate at no extra charge. This is suitable for most circumstances. For an added level of security, such as collecting credit card information directly on your site ( as opposed to using PayPal), you may want a private certificate.
Private certificates can be acquired through your hosting service at an additional fee and you may also need a dedicated IP address. Check with your hosting provider.

Why is your PayPal account in a different name?
When you use PayPal, you'll see the business name "Picture This Photo Art." This is the original name of the business. On your credit card statement, it will say Dubbah Design. If you're curious about Picture This Photo Art, visit ptphotoart.com.
